The raw data is that very few who voted today have been counted. The voters who voted today count is hitting the totals now, and the yes on recall numbers are beginning to erode a bit. If this was a normal election, I would say the recall was a tossup. What is the big story is the massive number of no on recall folks who refused to vote for a replacment. It will approach a million voters at the end I suspect.
