Well Blitzer said, many feel that the accusations against Arnold was motivated by political bias on the part of the LA Times, who ran them at the same time they supported Davis. And then another commentator said that west coast conservatives view the LA Times like east coasters view the NY Times, as a paper for whom the dividing line between the news and editorial pages is completely gone.
