Right.
If it comes ashore in NC vs. VA Beach, VA Beach will only get wind and rain.
If it hits VA Beach, they will get fire and brimstone instead.

I'm cubicle bound today so I don't know if they've changed the forecast for where landfall is expected. If it comes ashore at Morehead City it's a whole different ball game than if it comes on at Hatteras or Nags head or even Jacksonville.
No matter where it lands VA and NC will get alot of wind and rain.
