I pray that the judge in the federal court who will hear this will do something to get Michael Schiavo from continuing to be Terri's guardian. This is so thoroughly disgusting.

I've been doing a little reading on this Federal Judge. Don't get too choked up -- I'm not really liking what I'm finding, plus he's a Clinton nominee: Nominated by William J. Clinton on January 7, 1997, to a seat vacated by John H. Moore; Confirmed by the Senate on September 26, 1997, and received commission on September 29, 1997.
