Because they've been distracted a lot of other directions that APPEAR TO HAVE more national significance ..... like recall or not, peripheral issues and candidates in CA, a dem presidential candidate announcing every other day, will HRC run in 2004, WJBC spouting his 'wisdom', HRC just spouting, where are WMD in Iraq, QUAGMIRE, American soldier killed every day, where's Saddam, where's Osama, Bush is a liar, Bush is a dummy, economy's going to he.. in a handbasket and most important....Kobe Bryant. There's more, but that's a start. Finally, some are just too dumb to realize its significance.

Terri's crucial hearings coming at this particular time are either unfortunate or planned.
