The Schlinders weren't REQUIRED to sign over guardianship. As I understand it, M.Schiavo initiated sole guardianship within the first 48 hours after Terri's collapse. An attorney friend who was the attorney for the restaurant he managed is the lawyer he used at the time.

Did the Schindlers object to sole guardianship designation for Michael Schiavo in 1990? I thought I read on earlier posts that they did not object, for they did not think of foul play as being involved.

They must have not seen the "dark" side of their estranged "son-in-law" early on?

Apparently the people of FL don't see foul play either. Are they just blind, ignorant, or what?
