Judge Greer, you MUST allow Terri time to eat. If you do not, you are violating FEDERAL LAW." This is a case that has already gone to the Supreme Court. That's called "precedent", and judges MUST sit up and take serious notice, regardless of their "agendas", or it's immediate grounds for appeal. I'd like to see the higher State Court take his "mandate" and tear it up into little pieces!I agree. Also there is apparently a medication which has been used with good results to gain responsiveness from people like Terri. Have you run across the name of it?
My problem is that I have read so much in the last week that I cannot recall where I read this....though I am pretty sure it was somewhere in a Hugh Finn writing.
Was thinking maybe Phenn could forward that info to the Schindlers, in case they have a chance to make use of it.

An anti-depressant normally but in Hugh's case it seemed to make a big difference in his responsiveness.

Frreped, and although I'll probably be sorry I said this, there are 298 people that I wouldn't mind removing a tube for. Like I said, I'm sorry and better pray for forgiveness.

Wow, the nation is finished. Hitler, Stalin, and Mao are the winners after all. Sorry, but the people have been duped by the promise of the government state.
To: Theodore R.
With the poll results shown here, I now think that Greer will definitely proceed to remove the feeding tube on Wednesday. These politicians live, eat, and breathe public opinion polls, even if the respondents are ignorant about the topic on which they are being questioned.
To: trustandobey
As I understand it, Greer denied the Petition for Immediate Judicial Intervention and will be ruling on the removal of Terri's feeding tube by this Wednesday.

How sick the FL populace is! The overwhelming support for starving Terri by her compatriots reflects poorly on the state of the mental and moral health of the nation's fourth largest state. I would imagine that Bush, Crist, and the others want to run away from this case when the see such poll numbers. Politicians go by the polls even as they frequently deny doing so.
To: windchime
Please if you can, post this on the front page. We need all the help we can get. My husband tried voting but couldn't since I already had.
To: Theodore R.
After seeing the poll results, no wonder Terri's brother said that he would like to move out of FL.

So the worm denied for Judicial Intervention? I sure hope there is another plan of action.
To: Theodore R.
Don't believe those polls. Another one, conducted by WFLA in Orlando was exactly opposite. 78% in favor of Terri and 21% in favor of removing her nutrition.

I cannot fathom how the Schindler family has been able to hold up against 13 years of sheer evil from the state of FL.
I notice that the Schindlers signed over guardianship to Michael Sciavo in either 1991 or 1992. So they must have suspected no foul play in the beginning. Also, why were they required to sign over guardianship in the first place? Wasn't that automatically placed with the so-called "husband," in that Terri had no living will?
