Not to mention the fact that it was the Muslims from the Arabian peninsula that conquered Egypt (and the entire Mideast) and plundered it. If the native Egyptians (whatever those are, ha ha ha, considering that Rome and Greece both had a significant presence there) have any claim, the most recent claim is against the Muslim invaders. The Muslim invaders have no claim at all against anyone for anything that happened to the land they conquered before they conquered it. The Jews were just getting back pay for 400 years of slavery. The idea is to wait for the public storm of outrage and disbelief to hit a peak, and then say, "You're right, suing to reclaim gold taken in the Exodus is crazy. We were kidding, but only to make a point. So how do you feel about the Jews grabbing Palestine... based on some equally obsolete property right?"

In the movie "Ten Commandments", where Charlton Heston played Moses, the movie protrayed that scene. It showed several very rich people giving away their possessions to the Jews - and telling them to take the stuff and leave them alone. This was scripturally accurate.
