I'm with you, friend. The problem is, as stated in the article, the liberals hold power on the immigrant vote. They do not want to give it up, the votes or the power. You have a similar problem in the US, I think you call them democrats.

A couple months ago on the local talk radio station a caller said that they were told by immigration officials (when being prepped to become a Canadian citizen) that if the Liberals lost power they would all get deported.
