No, but if there is credible evidence that she has behaved irrationally in the past (i.e. attempted to commit suicide, made other false accusations, etc.) that makes it all the more difficult for her to prove her case. Sorry, but that's life. Unfortunately there are "nuts" in the world who make false accusations. (I'm NOT saying that is the case here.)
