I cannot wait to see this movie!

It doesn't seem to me that Gibson intends (I'm guessing) to show the temptation in the desert, as this movie entails the last hours of Jesus before the crucifixion and that happened well before.

As to your evident umbrage at Gibson's intentions---I can only say that I don't share it.

I don't know what "umbrage" you are referring to...but I read something about a woman playing a "Satan Character," and only sought clarification.
