It's location in Saudi.

Notice the fence that the Saudis have erected around the entire mountain...you can also see the guard house. Amazing to see where fire burned the top.

I have looked and looked, I cannot see a fence or a guard house. Now, I have read that they are there.

Also, I've read from other sources that the Saudi's do have ballistic missles out there, Chinese I think.

That looks like the Nevada or California desert. Not knowing any better, I would have immediately identified it as such. The geology and climate are essentially identical.
