It's about time conservatives begin infiltrating these institutions, or form counter institutions. The left has been working on them since the 1930s, it's about time we fight back.

You see, there's a catch. Liberals can get away with infiltration because they are obsessed with power. Conservatives have a harder time because, generally, we have lives, along with goals and dreams that generally exclude ruling over the needy masses. :)
