Hitler's attitude toward the Jews was similar to NOW's attitude towards pre-born children. They were inconvenient, in the way, and not wanted, so exterminate them.

Not quite - in both cases, the argument is/was "They are not human, so it is ok to kill them"

Hitler and NOW use exactly the same argument.
