Well that would be okay. Except no jeweler in his right mind would do such a thing without checking where he stood isurance wise. Elementary...You give merchandise back to customer or next of kin...Anything else without a written release from SP before a notary and you are IT. The jeweler does not have wiggle here and don't worry he/she knows it.
How did we ever get this far astray?.....;-)

Yeah, I'm not sure if the jeweler could do it, but maybe the store called the Rochas and informed them that Laci's rings were in their possession. I was thinking about the auto dealership giving Laci's vehicle to them after Scott traded it in.
