Me,either. And this and the Westerfield case are perfect examples of it. They were both tried and hung before the cases have even started. That bugs me.

Westerfield was ultimately convicted by a ton of forensic evidence in addition to his suspicious actions. eg steam cleaning his motorhome. There was a lot of irrefutable evidence that convicted Westerfield.
