Interesting. Let me ask you this: If the mother of your child were going to murder said child, and you were in a position to defend your innocent child by killing his/her mother, would God expect you to stand by or defend your innocent child, even if it required lethal means?

I mean, according to your logic, we should let the mother of your child murder your child and then allow the courts to sort it out, shortly before God does...somehow, in the big picture of this discussion, I don't see how God would find you an immoral actor.
