You better hurry.In 1993 we looked down and saw that our property taxes were higher than our morgage for a whole year on our cabin in the woods. We gave the business in Atl. to our son. I quit my regional manager job. We moved and could not be happier.
So many people are moving here it has pushed land prices out of control. The average acre is about 10,000.00 now and that is ruff acreage.
