Hmmm, I wonder why Rudolph's going to be tried first in Alabama, when (if you count the Olympic Park bombing) he killed as many people in Georgia, and set off several more bombs in that state. It looks to me like a confession of the weakness of the case linking him to the Olympic Park bombing.
