Large funnel is back on the ground at 63rd and Broadway -- moving across northern OKC. Tornado is about 1 mile south of Channel 9 that I am watching. The tornado is now wrapped with rain.

Okay, call me stupid....any, yes, I've been listening to the news....but I thought it was more usual for tornados to hit during the day than late at night....obviously, I'm wrong.

A few years ago we had a tornado destroy a couple of homes near our neighborhood. The next morning, after a rather chaotic night, I stepped out to survey the damage and noticed that all the shingles on the roof of our condo were flipped up and pointing skyward.
That had to be close!
