It's not the candid nature of the talk that bothers me. It's the ignorance and arrogance of an individual who presumes to argue with a black man about what "real" black people look like. (And though I have not looked to see, I believe the post that got pulled was probably the one in which she used a rather dated term to refer to an individual's blackness - which revealed something to me, frankly.)
But again, I did not hit abuse - I rarely do. I often prefer that people's words remain on display for all to see - on record, out in the open.
Someone else must have been offended by it.
I don't claim to know much about Jael...maybe you guys know more than I do.
Not too much (although I am familiar with her posting style and interaction with others), but I do know this is not her first suspension.
