Are YOU an attorney.....is every street in America marked with a "warning" sign or fenced off? In other words....children who live in oil producing areas should know NOT to climb on oil tanks, just as kids in a busy street area are warned to stay out of the streets.

Yes, these tanks were CLEARLY marked with DANGER/NO TRESS-
PASSING signs. I live near Palestine, TX.
This happened at a small community named "Long Lake" abt.
10 miles from Palestine. Local residents are reporting that these teens (from Mt. Pleasant, TX ) were told SEVERAL times
by the local residents, to STAY AWAY from these tanks.
Locals also say the teens were seen smoking cigarettes, while walking thru the area.
Still, it's a very tragic event, and my thoughts are with the families.......
