If I haven't already suggested this to you, allow me once more.....go down to you local recycling center....pay $5 for a junked TV..unless you already have an old one lying around...put it next to you working TV set, print out a pic of Helen Thomas from FR, paste it on the tube, and when Helen next asks Ari an obnoxious question, throw a brick through the old picture tube....
