So it was OK to delay humanitarian aid while we drag out the inspections for another year or two? But it's not OK to (a) take a miraculous 3 weeks to topple the regime, and (b) make sure the area is safe for humanitarian aid workers, before we (c) get tons and tons of food, water, medical supplies, etc. into the country faster than it EVER would have been there if Saddam had stayed in power and we had continued the inspections ad naseum.
