No, their brains BELIEVE the thread title that implies this is the place to come for live war news. If y'all would just tell them where to find the news, then the issue would drop immediately. I know because that is exactly what happened for me when I was frustrated with not being able to find the news on THIS thread. I had no idea there were better places on Free Republic's website to find what I was looking for.
Here is what has really happened here, over and over again:
A frustrated person posts "I can't sift through all this crap to find the news. Isn't this the thread for the War news?
Many people post replies:
"You could if you were here 24/7 like the regulars."
"There are better places to find news, you loser."
"Don't tell us what to post."
"This thread is LIVE."
"Your momma!"
(I'm recommending everyone take a refresher course in Reading Comprehension and "How to get along with others." ;-)
