Actually, I read in the Wall Street Journal today that the "Rumsfeld" technique is expected to become the new model for fighting forces. Nothing succeeds like success.

This is what is heard every time we have a war. They (reporters) never seem to learn that each situation is different and requires a different approach, this is just another one to add to the books. This is one of the best qualities of the US service man. The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing situation.
