I know I didn't hear this right... what did Dr. Bob Arnot just say?

I thought it was something like, "Oh yeah, for the Bleeding Hearts, about the looting, it's ETHNIC looting... Shia / Sunni."

But he must not have said "bleeding hearts" - right? I know he said "Bleeding" - but not sure of the word after that.
