Was in the other room, but thought Tom Aspell on MSNBC said Kirkuk fell without a shot being fired.

New Washington Post/ABC poll shows support for the war at 80%. [That'll gall Peter Jennings. Hope he reads it first thing in the office this morning.]

Howdy,
This is my first venture onto this thread. I usually steer clear of the threads with lots of replies. I don't have enough time to keep up with them. But, I'm here nonetheless.
I noticed the links to the various audio/video feeds at the top of this thread. The fox audio feed just sits there. My real player tool indicates "connecting..." but it never does. Does anyone know if the link is good? Why might my real player react like that?
I had been listening to my local station (WTVN AM610) to Glenn Beck in the mornings then Rush after lunch. But the station is experiencing server problems and I need something else to listen to.
Any help would be appreciated. Not necessarily with the Fox link, but to any alternative streaming audio sources.
Oh, in the meantime I have been listening to Sean Hannity in the afternoons.

Ollie. 4th nite of suicide attacks; first nite any succeeded in doing injury. Suicide-type attacks seem to be increasing.

Ari just crammed "regime change" down Helen's throat. "It was the previous administration who coined the phrase."

FoxNews clarifying the suicide bombing: "some" fatalities.

Hi! Can you or someone point me to a transcript of Bush's speech to the Iraqi people which was released this morning?
Please, if you would, freepmail me with directions to it if it exists...my "pinger" has been overloaded lately and I might miss it. Thanks ever ever so much!

As more of the WMD facilities are discovered, etc., perhaps Janeane Garofalo can get some of her Hollyweird associates to join with her on her knee trek across broken to the White House.

Mpf. Makes me sick seing Ethipia or the Marshall Islands honored. Germany has provided more help than both "nations" together. Well, it´s your thread.
Another question: I saw pictures of Kurdish fighters. These guys had G3 guns (Heckler & Koch), with (former) NATO-caliber 7,62x51mm. Where did they get them from? I doubt that Turkey has delivered them...

I've put up a web page of todays screen caps (photo's). The page may be slow loading for modem connections because it has an MP3 file player. Give it a few seconds to load. You can shut the player off once it loads. If it causes problems, I'll take the player off. Traffic to the site may make it worse. I am in excess of my 5 meg limit, so Alltel can shut the site down without notice. For the cubicle bound and pic-grabbers:

Bazookas is getting ready to spew some more leftist Bravo Sierra on the NTV BagCam.
Bazookas is complaining that Marines are humiliating civilians by searching them, making them lift up their shirts etc. at checkpoints. (NTV BagCam)

It seems the big loser, other than the obvious Saddam and thugs, of this is Al Jazeera TV. It seems the entire Arab world is p|ssed at them because they lied about the real situation--the actual events leading to fall of Saddam and the Republican Guard.
