The Iraqis are not stupid,

I wouldn't be too quick to say that.

It was the Clinton administration that killed hundreds and maybe thousands of Christian civilians in Kosovo by bombing from 15,000 feet up.

Didn't hear much about that from the leftist press, after all, Milosevic apparently posed a greater threat to the USA than Saddm Hussein and his bad mustachioed minions.

If the Iraqis weren't stupid they wouldn't believe that we won't be killing their military no matter where its parked next to.

While the US military is sincere about wanting to avoid Iraqi civilian casualties, we never said we wouldn't bomb targets in civilian areas.

Iraqi TV was next to a day care center, and its gone.

We also got disgusted enough to bomb two missile batteries in a residential area. Avoiding civilian casualties just means we're not going to go out of our way to target civilians.
