Whatever happened to the acknowledgement that Boies lied about the "chad standard" (in Illinois, I believe) which he promoted in Florida to give Gore the most advantageous possible opportunity in the hoped for recount? This guy lies! I guess that isn't a major revelation (or distinction) for a lawyer or a Democrat, but isn't the lawyers' bar supposed to care?
