The IAEA has been wrong in Iraq before

That very thing was said this morning on the talk show I was watching (can't remember if it was Cheney or Powell - I was switching channels back and forth - I believe it was Cheney) - said with all due respect, the IAEA has been wrong many times before and they've said nothing to convince me that they are right this time.

I agree. You would think the IAEA's repeated failures would at least make them issue qualified reports, but the only ill words they seem to speak are to denounc the United States' intelligence.
