why bother rebuilding them?
it seems that every time we have rebuilt a conquered nation it has turned around and bitten us on the butt (except Japan... so far... and that probably because we nuked them into a longer-term level of respect)
I say: Knock them down, kick them in the slats, dish in their heads, step on their bodies, and let them rot.
