They are definitely no Stevie Nicks. I have heard it too. I thought they did it so poorly that they do a disservice to Nicks.
Nicks might have been a lefty but at least she could sing.
Nicks' version on 'The Dance' CD was incredible. I have the Fleetwood Mac video for that concert, and seeing her sing with just Lindsay Buckingham playing guitar was incredible. You could see that Stevie's singing really moved him.
I also 'heard' that Stevie has not been happy with Sheryl Crow's public anit-war sentiments. Stevie and Sheryl are best friends. And of course, Maines is a good friend of Sheryl's.
