14:08 - Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic is in a very grave condition. He has been transported to Belgrade's Military Hospital, Belgrade media report. Premier Djindjic was hit today by two bullets when two assailants shot at him. 13:43 - The Government of Serbia is in session, called immediately after Premier Zoran Djindjic was shot in front of the government building earlier today. The Government will issue a statement after the session. 13:08 - At 12.45 in front of the Government of Serbia building two shots were heard, B92 Radio reports. Eye-witnesses say that in the yard of the Government of Serbia building two shots were hear and one person was injured. Almost immediately after the incident, large number of heavily armed policemen appeared on the scene and arrested two assailants. Deputy Premier Nebojsa Covic was on the spot.
