Another reason to blow it off where anyone can come and check for radiation - So when we use it on a place that Saddam has his nu-cu-ler material, the French can't complain that WE were using Nukes.

Apparently, when the baby cousin MOAB was dropped off in Desert Storm, it wasn't just some SAS guys calling up wondering if we had nuked a targer. Some of the Brit Generals and our Commanders wondered the same thing.
