Exactly. Our intelligence discovers certain things that Saddam has, then Blix says our intelligence is either faulty or we are lying. Then, on top of that, he hides the proof that our intelligence is correct and that we are telling the truth.
We knew about Saddam's drones. Powell spoke of them on 2/5. But Blix discounted Powell's assertions. One can assume, if you want to give Blix the benefit of the doubt, that he hadn't discovered any drones and doubted they existed. But now, a month later, it turns out that Blix damn well knew about the drones and that he swept the knowledge of them under the rug!
It's one thing to be called a liar by someone who refuses to believe you. It's far worse to be called a liar by someone who KNOWS you're telling the truth, and who then lies to others and turns them against you. Blix must have learned this tactic from Klintoon.
