I couldn't find the poll. Only one I found has to do with the 1st Amendment right to protest (which has nothing to do with supporting troops).

Could you have the posted the wrong link?

I freeped it but like always its a stupid question. It is designed to make you look like you are against the constitution if you support our troops. Stupid.

It's simply circuitously worded to muddy the issue.

It's as stated in 2 above.

Note, this is the last refuge of scoundrels, whining that they are protected in their idiotic treason by the Constitution.

I voted that the soldiers deserve support, but like some of these 'Unscientific Polls', it's worded very poorly.

I know people who do not agree with this war, but do whole heartedly support our soldiers, the poll seems to be written in such a way to make some one choose between the Constitution or American Soldiers. Check it out;

Poll:

Is it unpatriotic to protest the possible war in Iraq?

Yes, our troops need to feel supported.

No, the Constitution is still in place.

Yes, our troops need to feel supported 41%

No, the Constitution is still in place 59%

So it is treasonous to oppose the policies that cause the war, while wholeheartedly supporting the troops?

What an idiotic question! It is the classical false dichotomy, making a disjunction where there is none.
It's beneath freepability!
