This is what I hate.
All this article about how US was wrong in the Balkans and it was all Clinton doing it and how it should not have been like that and it was a misguided policy ....
All the talk but the Americans are still not withdrawing from the Balkans and are reinforcing their bases.
I don't buy this stuff.
Clinton or Bush it is all the same to me.

CN)N has been diminished in US, but overseas it has influence. I have watched their overseas channel lately (usually about 3:00 or 4:00am) and it panders to our enemies constantly and demeans this adm.

As if the propaganda coming from Yugoslavia like the B-Movie style transcript of "US pilots in action" was any more honest... after that, and the constant mythical claims of shootdowns, the resorting to all the usual cold war style propaganda tactics, even I had to say, "one liar deserves another."

Its late and I only got through half of the above article. But I have to say, it appears totally accurate so far. We have very dear friends who are from Serbia. They are proud Americans, and their son just retired from the US Air Force.
It was because of their "history" lessons, that we came to have any understanding of what was happening in Bosnia, and how betrayed the Serbs felt by America.
I have bookmarked this article, and will read the rest of it tommorrow.
Very insightful, and our prayers go out to all the innocents.
I would like to direct you to the following thread. We really need to be vigilant and watch what is going on in the world, and in our country, and how its reported. Thanks for posting this article, and read on:

In one of the worst examples of yellow journalism was perpetrated by the very respected Paul Harvey. The day of the World Trade Center bombing, Paul Harvey announced to the world that his CIA sources had told him that the Serbs were responsible for that atrocity. Mr. Harvey repeated his accusations against the Serbs for the following three days. First I've heard of this. Evidence that the CIA was embarrassed by the misdeeds of its Islamist buddies?

I was on the CNN interactive boards when they broke the Tailwinds story. I and another Freeper (I think it was Herb Meadows, "Chief Negotiator")immediately labeled the story a fraud and it went from there.
