Did either of you get a piece of (junk)mail from Lisa Naito? As of today, they are no longer holding shoplifters, bad check writers, forgers, tresspassers, arsonists, car thieves, and other such persons accountable in the criminal justice system. DA Schrunk will try to fight this, but he will fail.
It's all part of the plan to raise taxes.
But, thank goodness, we still have the Oregon cultural Trust...

All the troubles with the budgets-- city,schools, county, and state can be solved by putting people back to work in the forest products industry. Wonder how many of those that are whinning about tax shortfalls and that want to raise taxes, fought to close the woods.
