The useful-idiot wallets are being...well...useful-idiot wallets.

The clintons are behind this for two reasons--and two reasons only:

• to establish a clinton-revisionism quick-response-to-Limbaugh-et-al PR machine
• to create a fig leaf that will cover their utter-failure unmentionables, privates and other nasties

In short, the clintons, frankly, couldn't care less that the scheme isn't worth diddlysquat to the Ds in general...

Bill Clinton is getting $12 million for his memoirs; Hillary is getting $8 million dollars for hers, for a total of $20 million. Not bad for a couple that for eight years swore under oath they couldn't remember anything.
