Good points. As I was reading it though, I had visions of the three classes in Planet of the Apes, coming to mind. ;-`

Apes = political activists
Chimps = scientists
Orangutans = socialogical theorists (I know, in the story, they're priests/philosophers)

Seems though, that everyone's trying to compete to be at least one thing they're not and get the "2 outta 3" advantage.
