Actually, I have had people who are very close to me scoping out C.R. for quite a while. Good points are the country is a true democracy, with 99% of the people voting.
Then the whole country throws a big party ... They are good medical care and good hospitals and it is all provided by the government. As a Norte Americano will have to limit my says to 90 days as a time. They have a huge Anglo community, with Americans, Germans and Italians in large numbers. Bad points are -- do not know how long the cheerful aspects might last. But real estate is very cheap.
