It was written in the mid-90s that Bin Laden was one of more than 100 unindicted co-conspirator in the first Trade Towers bombing. The problem is obtaining testimony and evidence submitted in the trial of Shaykh Abd al-Rahman. If that evidenced were ever posted on the net it would make clear that the FBI and the Clinton administration screwed-up royally.
