I mean... there are fleas with more reasoning skills...

But you'll have to excuse me. Sometimes I'm too shy... :-)

Libertarians do serve a purpose though.... After all..... It wouldn't be fair to just hate the liberals

Look, I prefer Bush to Gore. I think Gore might have caused a lot of damage.
I base that on a gut instinct distrust of the Gore I saw as candidate. It has nothing to do with their domestic policy differences, which didn't seem all that different to me.
I want America to prosper, and I've always thought big government "domestic spending" interfered with that.

If Al Gore were doing the very same things as GWB --there would be one huge uproar.Bush has so far gotten a free ride with too many Americans due to his pleasing personality, religious views, this war on terror, etc.
How ever are we going to pay for all this additional gov't expense and meddling?

You are correct sir! Al Gore for president!

Bush has so far gotten a free ride with too many Americans due to his pleasing personality, religious views, this war on terror, etc. as opposed to Al Gore's email. right? a free ride like that? you guys are silly. there's simply no other way to characterize your beliefs other than silly.
To: IGNATIUS
DAMN IT! Next thing you know and Bush will not break the law!

Bush has so far gotten a free ride with too many Americans due to his pleasing personality, religious views, this war on terror, etc. So many sins for such a simple man...

I base that on a gut instinct distrust of the Gore I saw as candidate. You actually considered voting for Gore enough to listen to his lies?
To: Uncle Bill
None of this should surprise anyone, yet it is surprising that it does.

I don't remember listening to Gore much at all - too boring.
As for his lies, I don't know what you mean. I assume that he believes in federal programs for just about everything, just like most democrats.
To: secretagent
He also believes that you shouldn't own guns and that you should give freely to his socialist agenda. You going for that?
To: chnsmok
I think so...

I think what some of us are saying is that this bloated government spending is outrageous. Can one good Pres do anything about it? Probably not. Can a Republican congress do anything about it? Probably not. Can we hope for SOMETHING to change. YES.

In a time of war you don't worry about money. You worry about survival. Elementary...
