Mo, did you see that several democrats in Congress have filed a suit seeking an injunction against President Bush and Rummy from launching an invasion of Iraq ? They joined up with a bunch of lefies and loonies..... The list probably won't surprise you or anyone else.

Yes I saw that and they don't have a case
1) the Congress DID give the President authorization
2) if they want a declaration of war .. FINE .. PASS ONE .. but they won't because the Dems DON'T want to go on record with their vote
3) As for those parents and the soldier .. if you don't want to fight in a battle .. then I suggest YOU DON'T JOIN THE MILITARY!
