Why would he refer to the President's faith in God as "blind faith?" Is it totally outside of the comprehension of liberals that faith in God is immenently rational - that there is no need for the proverbial "blind leap of faith" - and that there are many intelligent and coherent adherents to the traditional faith that the President practices and believes in?

Just one example - the scholar who is generally considered to be the preeminent philsopher alive today is Dr Alvin Plantinga, professor of philosophy at Notre Dame University, and he just happens to be an evangelical Christian. They don't come any more qualified that he is...and his faith is anything but "blind."

Richard Cohen has never been able to disguise his hatred for Bible believing Christians. He will deny it, but to borrow a phrase, it oozes from every pore.

I doubt he would consider Carters "blind faith" as a problem either. Most likely he would write of it as a strength.

These liberals are hypocrits in everything they say.

GW has shown more compassion already than Clinton did in eight long years.

Clinton cared about people so much that he spread nucler weapons throughout the world and the missels to deliever them. I have no doubt the day will come when they are used against us. Clinton did nothing to stop the millions being killed in Africa either. Guess blacks are somehow inferior to liberals. At least G H W Bush tried in Sudan.
