Not all communications are priviledged. There are many exceptions. However, its not proper for one branch to demand documents from another.

I hope the LA and San Francisco papers put this above
the fold......Boxer needs to be put out to pasture with the other nitwits...California Republicans better get a viable
candidate and lots of financing....BEAT BOXER-A BUM..,..
The most liberal ex-New Yorker in Senate..a female Schumer.
To: Darlin'
I think the evidence on Hillary is convictable but the problem IMO is that they would never get a conviction in the D. C. circuit!
I have also heard there is some evidence in DOJ dealing with National Security that cannot be released. She knows they have it, Estrada knows they have it, and so do a lot of folks.
Now the question is -- why do the RATs continue to go along with her?

I was trying to keep it to a third-grade level. Everyone watched the OJ trial -- I thought they would relate more to the OJ analogy.
But thanks for the vote of confidence.

It is true that not all communications are priviliged. However, none of the work product estrada prepared would fit within an exception.

KKK Byrd just said the U.S. is behaving like a rogue superpower.
To: votelife
Byrd speaking. So far I don't even understand what's the subject of his speach.

I saw that about Lincoln. I actually thought we might have a chance with her. I am convinced every woman there with the exception of Feinstein is a robot for Hillary Clinton!
Look at Landrieu -- when she was campaigning she said she supported Estrada and Bush and now she doesn't.

Starting to shake a little! I have the sound down because he doesn't say anything that matters whenever he speaks. Whatever happened to the Historian of the Senate -- Byrd used to throw that around all the time!

I know, but he is really a good speaker. Much better than that harridan from Arkansas who just spoke. Had to mute her.

Look at Landrieu -- when she was campaigning she said she supported Estrada and Bush and now she doesn't. And if what the RATs are saying is right, they don't even need her vote to stop cloture. So why have her break her word to her voters?

As far as I can tell, he's criticizing Bush's Iraq policy.
To: aristeides
Is he trying to impress people with his quotations and flowery words?
He reminds me of my 9yo son who loves to hear himself talk.
