I'm not sure what's up with them. Mexico's leadership has taken what I consider to be hostile stances on a number of issues, at least from a US perspective. When it comes to immigration, they seem to think they should be able to set US policy. Not only should their citizens be able to overrun our borders, but they should receive full financial support from day one as if they'd been born here. Any other nation would declare war on them.
