why our nation would issue a side arm that our Attorney General would define as unsafe Why, don't you realize that there is now effective way of strapping a child safty seat to a 9mm pistol? And there is no way to know if the pistol was approved by the FDA for human consumption. Heck, the hole in the Ozone layer was probably caused by all the 9mm rounds fired in the last century. 9mm guns could be used to harm whales! People with out arms and legs can not easily handle such devices and the ADA has now way to accomidate them. And, worst of all, people have to buy these firearms when they should be forking that cash over as extra taxes in the first place.

Chain of Command.
I suggest you follow it.
If that is a dead end, then maybe you will have to get a drivers Lisc in a different state and obtain a pistol there. Also you might contact the NRA for help. I think they would help you out.
