I am retired from the Navy. I went to my pulmonary specialist in January (no, I never smoked). I received a statement from TriCare (the military medical system) saying that Medicare declined the doctors bill and that they are not paying on it either. And, USAA Insurance cancelled my medicare/tricare supplement in November. So, I am stuck with the whole $90 bill. Really great!
